    Hello, I would like to know if the sector called Palionisos Bay at the “2011 routes update list” of this web is the same as the sector knowed as Secret Garden?

    And is it a summer sector?

    Hi Pere,

    No, they are not the same. Palionisos Bay is in the sun most of the day so it is not a summer sector. As for Secret Garden, well — it’s still secret, as it is not fully developed yet!

    Thank you Aris for your quick and clear reply. We were in Kalymnos last August and everything was perfect, in fact better than we expected! It was our third time, but the first in summer, but now i’m sure it won’t be the last! And maybe next time I can taste the jewels of Palionisos and the Secret Garden.

    Hello Aris,

    I have a question about Palionisos Bay : where is it located, on the picture pp 72-73 of the 2010 Edition by example? Or is the approach described somewhere on the site? I may have missed the information.

    Palionisos Bay is new and it is not anywhere in the guidebook. If you look at the photo on page 73, the crag is roughly above the green patch pictured to the right of the beach. It looks like a small red overhang. We will soon make a post about this crag including the approach.

    OK, Aris, I think I get it on the picture.

    I don’t know this part of the island : if we decide to rent a car, it might be a good day trip.
