Today I found a pile of shit in the middle of the Odyssey parking area. Whoever had left it (with its attendant white paper) had at least put a stone on top so that I wouldn’t stand in it. Unbelievable. Please can someone explain this to me; I mean, we’ve all rushed a few hundred metres away from the crag at some time. And I’ve noticed this last year that excrement can be found closer and closer to the crag foot. But in the middle of our parking area!

I’ve put a pile of stones on it but nothing more as there was a massive thunderstorm. Maybe the worst will be washed away before Spring.

PS sorry for using the word ‘shit’ but I think it’s the best word to be understood by an international audience.
