Report from Bruno Fara 22/4/2018:

Today we climbed at sector Prophitis Andreas for the first time since our arrival with André.

A massive landslide/stone fall must have taken place this winter…the foot of the cliff is ravaged.

A big part of “Damocles”, and an entire area between “Damocles” and “The Lords” has been affected.

The corridor between “L’Armée du Prophéte” and “The Lord” seems to have channeled the fall.

We inspected the routes “Damocles is Watching You”, “L’Armée du Prophéte” and its extension and “Thavmassia”…(but not “The Lords”). In these 3 routes, only the 2nd bolt of “L’Armée du Prophéte” was crushed … flat!

We restored it (we had a tool of 19) and now it is possible to clip it … but it will have to be changed one day (if I go back I will bring a plaquette and a tool). But we could not clean all the loose/collapsed stones…blocks seem doubtful!

It’s a job to do from the top, in a team, I think, and by controlling the foot of the cliff. For instance the 3 routes are OK … If somebody can inspect “The Lords” and give an advice about the blocks…
