Climbing in August

Hi, I’m going to be in Greece in August for a wedding. I would really like to come to Kalymnos and climb for about a week, will the weather be too hot? Is there crags that get morning or afternoon shade? I would likely be there the last week of August. Any opinions would be really appreciated! Thank you.

HI RACHAL AS YOU CAN IMAGINE IT WILL BE WAY HOT.104f. in the shade when i was there in July.Shady sectors are GERIAKOS till around 12.00.SUMMERTIME in the late afternoon.If you can get up early most of the crags will be in the shade till around 10am.Take plenty of frozen water,it lasts a lot longer.On the plus side most crags are empty.The afternoons we spent snorkeling around Massouri.
