New guidebook app not working on ipad?

I tried to download the app vertical life on my ipad but it didnt find the app in app store… Did anybody download it on ipad? Does anybody know what the problem could be?

Hi,

I just got the new guidebook by mail (I left the island before it was available in the stores). It is indeed a fantastic guide.

The first thing I did was to install the digital app guide. It was not easy to find on the AppStore, but I finally got it. It is in fact available only as an iPhone app, not an IPad app, which means that it will work on iPad but is not optimized for it. As I have both the phone and the tablet, with the same Apple ID, I had no problem to download the Kalymnos/Telendos guidebook with the same code.

BUT, the problem was to register to the Vertical-Life app !

There are a lot of screen problems that make it impossible to enter the requested data to register. The only way it works is via Facebook … which I hate to do. Maybe it is an IOS 9 issue in the app.

If someone has more info on this ?

Hi Guy,

sorry that you had to wait so long for the answer. We are aware of the issues in the login/registration screen and these are going to be fixed in the next update which will be actually more than an update. We’ve actually redesigned and quite much reprogrammed the whole app. It should be out quite soon.
