New route information, again.

Here, we have an excellent facility for recording new routes…. It’s rarely used.

On paper, The Glaros bar sells updates to the guide based on information received and is very welcome. However, it seems that the update does not have new routes from all the bolters… Why not?

Is it too much to ask that people communicate?

Am I being naive to think that the island would benefit more if information was freely shared allowing new crags to be visited and easing the burdon on some of the more popular crags?

I guess I am…..

So, why is this website not updated with all the new routes?

Why is new route info not passed on to Glaros for the update?

It could be, and should be SO easy..

I really want to support this. I simply can’t understand that several of the main players seem to get personal spats above what would help climbers, the local community and also equippers.

Some of this reminds me of rather childlike behaviour, and like Mike I’d be happy to stay naive …
