Sakis Studios Status?

My husband and I made a reservation with Sakis Studios for February, but I’m having trouble getting in touch with them to re-confirm it. Does anyone know if they are having problems? I’m concerned that maybe we should make some new arrangements…we’re arriving late in the day and want to have a plan in place. Thanks!

Just an update on our way off the island…

When we arrived, Sakis Studios was closed. Like, completely closed, with no sign of activity for quite some time. A guy down the road told us he was in Australia. He hasn’t returned during the course of our five weeks here. The building looks really terrible and run down. We learned from some locals that he’s one of the few people on Kalymnos that the others consider “bad news.” We even paid a deposit (which we found out is not normally required by other studio owners), and now he won’t respond to emails. So…if he ever comes back and reopens the place, I wouldn’t recommend it.
