Titanium glue in bolts for Kalymnos?

Dear Aris and intersted parties,

I have been having Titanium bolts produced for the last few years now and have been supplying the Thaitanium Rebolting Project in Thailand. So far we have got through about 5,000 bolts for that project and various others on most continents.

I think they are the longest lasting solution at a very reasonable price with independent testing carried out in Sheffield, UK.

Dear Aris,

3 months later and I’m still waiting for a response…

I am keen to hear what you have to say about all the corroding bolts because I don’t think that replacing corroding Stainless bolts with more stainless bolts is the answer.

If bolts are lasting 10 years or less, then what will the rock look like in 50 years time?

New route development has been extremely impressive but re-bolting efforts will need to be just as impressive in the near future to keep up with bolt replacement.
