Hey,
i am going to Kalymnos in late March/ealy April and i want to be in shape. What do you recommend for training?
I looked through the guidebook and general information about Kalymnos and it seems, that the routes are pretty long, but wih good rests. In a gym you usally do not have resting points, so i don´t think you can compare it to Kalymnos, right?
Are the metres between the resting points are very hard, so you have to train maximum power like for bouldering or are they more endurance based, so you have to climb 10 hard metres without a good shaking point, but then comes a good kneebar ore something and you can rest for some time!?
I am looking to onsight some 7cs and do some redpoints about 8a.
